Die Reederei Torang Darya wurde 2008 von Herrn Mahmood Reza Ayari gegründet. Zunächst zur Erbringung von Speditionsdienstleistungen für Kunden. TDSL hat Liniendienste als Carrier und NVOCC in Asien und Europa mit regelmäßigen und direkten Diensten zu seinen Stammkunden in der ganzen Welt gestartet. TDS hat eine Kapazität von 4.000 Containern und verfügt über zwei Schiffe mit einer Kapazität von 3.000 Tonnen (Eigengewicht), die bereit sind, den besten Service zu bieten.
